背景
master 当前在任何平台都无法构建：仓库根缺少
tsconfig.base.json，而全部 7 个子项目（engine / player / error-report / viewer / shelf / editor / reader）的tsconfig.json都 extends 它。详见 #1。变更
tsconfig.base.json：target: ES2022 / module: ESNext / moduleResolution: bundler / strict / skipLibCheck / isolatedModules。这是各子项目 tsconfig 已隐含要求的现代 Vite + React + TS 基础配置，同时满足 engine 的verbatimModuleSyntax需求。scripts/public/build-release-mac.mjs+ 根package.json的release:mac命令。参照release:win的结构：build:core→ editor/reader 各自tauri build→ 按版本号把.dmg汇总到output/（.app已含在 dmg 内）。.app+.dmg）、release:mac/release:win命令，以及 macOS 产物默认未签名公证的说明。验证
macOS 26.6（arm64），Node 22 / Rust 1.95：
