Next batch of the command migration, after the Utilities commands.
worker:installandworker:uninstallnow write through$this->getOutput(), and the uninstall confirmation asks through$this->getPrompt(), so aPromptoverride reaches it.No behaviour changes. The existing tests pass unchanged.
