  1. feat: adapt toasts to SimpleToast 3.0 

    Work in progress, not releasable until SimpleToast 3.0.0 is tagged and
the @require and package.json are bumped.

- toastCss applies the legacy css option to the element 3.0 returns
- UnderScript's default toast look is now classes in toast.css
- toast buttons still close the toast after their handler
- errorToast forwards timeout
- plugin toast warns once per plugin when css is used
- tests run against the real library and skip until it is installed

  1. feat: dismiss option for toast buttons 

    A toast button with dismiss: false no longer closes the toast after its
handler runs, and event.preventDefault() keeps it open as well, next to
the existing stopPropagation() opt-out. The default is unchanged.
